About

The life of a writer is hard; painful, even, as well as miserable. The roadblocks are unmovable, the stress is inescapable, and the doubt is always there. Regardless, though, we write because we can, and we continue because we are able to.

Frank–the writing blog of Kody Boye–will center around the life of a writer, both professional and personal. The trials, the triumphs, the fears and the doubts–all will be included, all will be talked about, and all will be told.

Kody Boye began writing at the age of seven. At the age of fourteen, his first short story, [A] Prom Queen’s Revenge, was published in the Yellow Mama Webzine. By age seventeen, his now out-of-print novel, Sunrise, was published by Library of the Living Dead Press. Since his debut, Kody has sold over two-dozen stories and continues to sell on a regular basis. His collection, An Amorous Thing, will be released by Lame Goat Press in 2010.
